Winter in Mallorca

When the island is at peace with itself

What makes winter at the finca so special?

While frost rules in Central Europe, Mallorca shows its mild side in winter: usually around 16°C during the day, cooling to 6 to 8°C at night—nothing like an Alpine winter. What makes winter on the island so special is, above all, one thing: the silence. Fewer hours of sunshine, less hustle and bustle, fewer guests—the finca reveals itself in its most secluded, quietest form.

In focus: Finca yoga and Ayurveda holiday

The year-round bookable programme (4 or 7 nights) is an especially good fit for the quiet winter season: four traditional Ayurveda treatments bring body and mind into balance, complemented by daily yoga practice and an Ayurveda talk on the doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

The 4 treatments (60 minutes each):

  • Abhyanga – classic Ayurvedic full-body massage with warm herbal oils
  • Pinda Sweda – massage with warm herbal compresses
  • Shirodhara – a warm stream of oil over the forehead for inner calm and clarity
  • Siroabhyanga – head, neck and shoulder massage

Yoga & SPA for your wellbeing

Two daily yoga sessions (Sun–Fri) strengthen the immune system, and in the SPA with indoor pool, saunas and infrared cabin, the Son Manera motto “Slow down and relax” is truly lived.

Experience winter in Mallorca

Enjoy Ayurveda treatments or unwind in our spacious SPA area—switch off and savour the peace and quiet. As the days grow shorter, you’ll find everything under one roof at the finca: daily yoga practice in bright indoor spaces, saunas and an indoor pool to warm up, and full vegetarian-vegan board. And because there are fewer guests in winter, there’s plenty of room for personal attention—and for what the Son Manera motto promises: “Slow down and relax”.

The quietest time of the year

No summer crowds, no queues at the pool, no packed rooftop terrace. Winter at the finca is for the few who are looking for exactly that: mild days for walks through the olive grove, Ayurveda treatments in the afternoon, a warming sauna session in the evening. Here, Mallorca shows its most unhurried side.

Experience winter stillness

When was the last time you discovered an almost empty island for yourself? When did you last enjoy an Ayurveda treatment after a calm yoga session? And when did you last consciously take a break while everyday life back home is stuck in the cold?
