When the island comes to life
Spring is the time when Mallorca still feels like a well-kept secret. The citrus trees around the finca are in bloom, the yoga platform in the olive grove is surrounded by flowering daisies, and the temperatures invite you to take your first dip in the pool—without the summer heat and crowds. If you come in spring, you’ll experience the island at its most beautiful.
Yoga practice at this time of year follows a natural rhythm: ease rather than effort, alignment rather than strength. After the shorter, darker months, the body finds exactly what it needs on the mat – movement, fresh air, and the first warm breeze of the year.

While back home the last grey winter days often still linger, spring has long since arrived at the finca. This contrast can feel more powerful than any single yoga class: you step off the plane, and the sun, the scent of citrus blossoms, and the mild air instantly wake your body from winter mode. Your daily yoga practice deepens the effect—two sessions a day, with plenty of time in between for the pool, spa, or an excursion into the surrounding area.
When was the last time you smelled orange blossom outdoors as you sink into your yoga mat? When did you last enjoy the silence of an olive grove before the island fills up in summer? And when did you last consciously feel a new season beginning?
All programmes for your holiday at the Son Manera Retreat Finca—including options with a focus on yoga, Ayurveda and mental skills.
In addition to the two daily yoga sessions, the meditation path, the spa area with indoor pool and saunas, and excursions around Montuïri and to Mallorca’s beaches invite you to explore.
Participation is optional and can be decided spontaneously. On the Yoga & SPA finca holiday, the sessions don’t build on each other. During the themed weeks, the sessions are progressive.
Yes, the yoga sessions are designed for all levels.
Mild—usually between 15 and 22°C—sunny, and much quieter than peak season. Seasons can shift in Mallorca too: there may be rainy weeks, but also weeks with summer-like temperatures.
The finca is about 30 minutes from Palma Airport; on Saturdays there are three shuttles from the airport to the finca.
